Pros

If you are good at negotiation, might get a slightly better pay than market overall range. Work-life balancing job because no one cares about the project progress.

Cons

Poor at project management, burn the resource and keep postponing the deployment date (can postpone more than a year). Management is sick, always micro-manage and blame-shift. The tech lead is arrogant and always insult people (not kidding, really INSULT), never respect anyone, has problem to control his emotion, easily gone crazy and even yell in the office. Prepare to OT if you want to work there because the tech lead likes to talk something unrelated to work after working hours. For ladies, strongly advise you not to work there due to the potential inappropriate physical interaction. Project requirements are never clear. You have to read the mind of the tech lead and guess what he wants. Remember to record the approvals of any design / changes because he can always change the mind, twist his words and blame you implement a wrong design. Unfair workload assignment. Don't expect to earn more because you perform better. Discrimination issue. Some of the colleagues were terminated without proper reason. Don't have planned performance review and promotion. No training. No bonus, no AWS, no F&B, no basic office equipment (not even providing stationeries) Extremely high turnover. TL;DR Toxic.

Great people and even better work environment. They really take the time to show you they appreciate your hard work. Good christian company.

Pros

They recruit you fast.The interview process is very simple.

Cons

After getting a heavy workload from you. They usually say that there is not enough budget to implement this project. They will then terminate your contract and hire a new employee. Best of all, they did the same to other employees as well. I think it was their ploy. Be careful about this trick. They can do the same for you. So be sure to discuss this before joining the company or you will lose your commitment and time.
