      The chance to work with newcomers and create workshops for people who need it.

      Cons

      Awful management. The training is terrible. Getting yelled at is normal and common. Passive aggressive language. You can feel isolated and alone. Management uses fear tactics to keep you on your toes. Management will refuse your coworkers to help you on tasks. Toxic.
