Well, it's one of biggers companys, over 20,000 people working, and have a piece in TI market. Spain's markert is very focus in Madrid, poor jobs in rest of country You ends work here because no more opportunities.
Cons
No career plan, if you only make your work and don´t want to suck ass of any "boss" you never grow up. 4 years freeze salary, and the company says "bad times", and every year chief's board up salary.People are sick of that.
