- Benefit is flexible- They have flexible benefits where you can allot your points into your liking (technology, gas, etc) - Annual Sportfest (pre-pandemic)- where you have your camaraderie with other employees. one of the events that each employee is looking forward - Great people to work with- Since the Majority is within your age range, it's easy to get along with your co-workers. - Great company for fresh graduates
Cons
- minimal annual increase - lack of internal promotion. instead of promoting internal employees, they opt to hire externals. -
