Salary increase is way too low. Performance rating still very subjective, you get good reviews if you got an easily content superior, poor otherwise. Mediocre compensation for experienced employees. Work can be monotonous especially at client site. Ineffective human resources team. Not so much training and skills advancement to look forward too.
