Great company for fresh graduates and those starting their career. Everyone are approachable and kind. You’ll enjoy all the flexible benefits and yearly bonuses!
Cons
The bar for progression and promotion is quite high for employees who started their career in the company but if you have a great and appreciative manager and excellent performance, good for you as you have higher chance to be promoted but don’t expect too much.
