Pros
Everything in the company is geared towards the overall and holistic growth of the employees. The company somehow grabs competent employees of today's generation. The projects are exceptional and something that you can be proud of.
Cons
A bit young so it is still learning. This means that the company is still prone to a lot of mistakes. There would be a lot of experimenting going on with regards to management and how employees would address client concerns. Salaries are competitive with the other companies but; ultimately, will not justify the efforts delivered by the employee.
