      Pros

      Work life balance. In campus facilities are great with multiple food courts and gym swimming etc. Easier to approach higher management

      Cons

      Salaries are low compared to market. Once in, learning opportunity are fever. Most of the projects are support and don't offer anything exciting

      Pros

      Ethical, Employee oriented, Aggressive for fulfilling client's need at the same time very easy to work with. Employees with good staffing and technical background which helps everybody and it gets the job done.

      Cons

      It is not a big Employer yet however that is changing fast. It's major presence is in bay area and still time to go national. It works with few clients but that helps it to focus better.
