      Family company, Low carreer, Low Benefit, Low Life balance, No challenge, without plan and scheduled meetings, Issue or Configuration equipment only keep by some people.

      Nice salary, good facilities, nice location work place (next to the mall)

      Cons

      have to stand by 24 hours or before the big boss sleeps.. the bosses are alpha women.. high intonation voice.. gossiping meeting.. angry angry & angry bosses.. you should talk but when you talk you should stop talking.. the bosses are dictators..
