Employees are fully empowered and trusted to do their work in a professional manner. Leadership actually leads without micro-managing. Vacation time is not controlled - you work hard and take the time off that you need. Remote working is not a problem. Generally speaking, be an adult and don't abuse the system. Real trust is a wonderful thing. On the tech side, there are a lot of cutting edge things going on. The company is working on a real moonshot goal.

It's a Microsoft shop, so you need to be on-board with that. Also, if you require hand-holding, this is not the place for you. Plenty of opportunity to learn and a lot of expertise to learn from, but you have to be a self-starter.

I've been a full-time developer at Indominus since the end of 2018. Great atmosphere and work culture. The management is extremely attentive and flexible with the needs of all company members. A company that's truly willing to invest in its employees. Providing ample training and mentorship.

Sometimes the beer on tap comes out a bit frothy... otherwise no complaints.
