Pros

1) Good team lead and colleagues 2) I have been working for Indocosmo for over 1 year. At the time of joining, the management was excellent and employment friendly. The working atmosphere was good and friendly.

Cons

1) Dirty politics is going on after the change of management. 2)The employee's decision have no value,management focus only on their business part. 3)One major issue is HR, the CEO will hear only the HR decision,eventhough,Hr dosent have any technical background,she will be involved in our project and and will take blunder decisions, therefore, employee is compelled to work behalf that, if the employee argues in that particular scenario, he / she Will be expelled from the company. 4) No Career development 5)Most of the employee's have resigned from Indocosmo due to the attitude of company towards the employees.
