The teamwork was great. My manager is a leader type boss. He teaches me a lot about how to make your code more efficient. When there's a problem, we get together to fix it. The work life balance is great here.
Cons
Its quite impossible to have a career development here. And the project given wasn't feel enough to sharpen my skill. Dealing with HR can make you a headache. No insurance, only 1 month salary reimbursement.
