There is no career growth. No appraisals, and even after completing three years, you won’t reach 3 LPA. This is one of the worst companies, relying mainly on freshers. They hire freshers for a 10K salary and promise a hike after six months, but it takes over 1.5 years to see any increase. Even though receiving a 9.2 rating, I was given just a 5K hike after 1.6 years, which is extremely disappointing.
