This is my fifth year of work and my second corporate company. I was blessed to take the decision to become indiumite a year ago. First and foremost, Mr. Srikanth saw my potential and acknowledged it in the interview itself. That was my first impression of joining Indium. Once I was recruited, my manager, Mr. Sheik Shahul, patiently mentored me and helped me grow, as gaming was very new to my career. One of the quick growths I happen to have here As I said, seeing the potential, I was moved to Key Accounts. After that, only I understood the real reason behind the kindness and culture they follow. I work in association with almost all the important leaders in the gaming division. Every single leader, from project managers to COO Sir, is very humble, kind, and patiently teaches whatever doubts we have, and I am the youngest. I never felt small at all in a room full of tenured leaders. I know there are flaws everywhere, and nothing is perfect. In my life, I have never been in such a positive environment. I have been at a top MNC for 4 years, yet the leadership culture is not up to par. Every time there is an official trip, everything will be taken care of. I love the nature of the job and the allowances for all your little efforts. Overall, my experience with Indium was a blessed one. I would love to have a wellness room, even though we are asked to work from home when we are sick. I'd love to have one for break time.
