Pros
Company and managers are nice. They support their employees and atmosphere is very calm and great.
Cons
Company is service provider, so the worst part is their client. They treat the vendor employees like a dog. No Work life balance. They'll ask you to sit late till the night just to tell you that their developers are unable to fix the issues, so come tomorrow and the build will be ready by tomorrow and the same issue will happen again.
