Worst project I have worked - Senior Front End Developer Inditex Employee Review

I have more than 13 years working on large-scale projects in 6 countries and I can say that it has been by far the worst: - colleagues working until 3am, I myself did more than 35 hours of overtime that they will never pay you (in fact they tell you this beforehand) - in a sprint they add more than 10 points when it has already started and only because the product owner “agreed” with his superior that it would be like that - they want to launch products into production without unit tests - the product owners have no idea about the project and ask the developers to “find out”
