Pros

in love with Berskha, loves the idea of Spanish, many opportunities, teamwork, travel…

Cons

The people who run Croatia, HR, DDT are lost in their work. I'm talking about Bershka and some colleagues from other brands, they have been in their positions for a very long time (they are untouchable) and they have started to stifle store managers and tims. They have poor assessments of candidates for strong positions, do not engage in people training, are focused on gossip and trust people who are not competent for the positions they hold( that people just wont position without knowledge). They have an aggressive approach to situations, threaten, do not support enough stores, all three of the area do not communicate properly, do not share information, thus confusing managers in conversations because their stories are not consistent (VM comes to the store, rotates him tomorrow DDT comes and says how the store is worthless and how the store manager is incapable of coordinating the store)… it’s just one of many situations. They sholud be some one from who we can learn . Is this the way and the right approach? why does everyone have to feel bad after a visit? where is the accuracy of what the company presents at a high level? That is gone because the same people have been running the company for 10 years! We are Balkans! Isn't it time to refresh them? can people in stores feel happy and not that no one today hears how nice it is to work at Inditex. Spain should do a stand-alone audit of the stores and see how the teams feel about passively aggressive individuals from the office.

Cons

Toxic and dehumanizing management style Complete lack of professional respect Ethical concerns and unsustainable work-life balance Work environment treats employees like robots Unprofessional Conduct by Leadership: Management, including Directors, frequently engages in inappropriate behavior. Examples include comments on female employees' physical appearance (e.g., being questioned by a Director on why I wasn't wearing makeup), which fosters a hostile and uncomfortable environment for women.
