      - flexibility when it comes to shift scheduling - understanding when it comes to responsibilities such as university and school - good benefits (discount, vacation money etc.)

      Cons

      - management is partially chaotic (young store managers with little experience) - the managers don’t get along which makes the store dynamic worse
