      Stable, well paid job, possibility to grow up in career, get all social pack, work in youth creative collective, work in fashion sphere

      Cons

      So much busy and rushed place, atmosphere in collective depends also from management, if they are good, all work goes in great way

      Good salary for part time because of overtime

      Cons

      As a full time student, they did not respect my academic schedule, even though they wer telling me that they would. They would make me work overtime without asking me, negatively affecting my academic schedule. Also as promoted, even though I had requested a specific day off a month prior in the application, they "forgot" about it and almost lost my exam because they couldn't make last minute changed
