Pros

Great coworkers and product. All of the individuals who work at Indigo Wild that don't worship the ground management walks on are truly wonderful people who genuinely love the product being sold.

Cons

Management is petty and plays with peoples' jobs like it's a game, especially the downstairs manager. If she sees one as significant (doesn't kiss her butt) she will cut your hours and take away tasks/positions that were worked hard to gain. The CEO looks away at the poor vindictive management and when confronted about it valuable employees have either been let go or have been pushed around too much to stick around. Wearing a smile in the building does not make this a happy workplace. If you want people to stay, provide benefits to full-time workers, listen to issues being brought up, and develop an HR department instead of throwing pizza parties every few months. It truly saddens me because the individuals I had the opportunity to work with are wonderful, but the horrific management is running this company to the ground.

Pros

I love that people can bring their dogs to work and we get a free pound of soap per month! Upper management actually cares about you and there are promotion opportunities. Fun people and amazing soap products! Lots of current employees refer their friends or family to work here, which shows you they have a good company culture.

Cons

The job titles and job responsibilities can be vague at times, mostly because this is a smaller company.

Pros

Always dogs in the building. Be friendly with your coworkers and they will be friendly right back. Good morale, never dread going to work. Great products and you get your free bars. Overall good experience and would recommend this as a transitional job.

Cons

No credit where credit is due. After a few years you get tired of being overlooked, it’s like the people within the production team know who works the hardest and deserves the most, but management doesn’t have a clue. The pay is very bad compared to similar positions at a larger company.
