      Pros

      Management is extremely hands off - if your client is happy with you then you will never hear from the actual company which is nice that you don't have to please two bosses.

      Cons

      Absolutely no room for job growth/ You're on the contract you're on and that is the extent of your relationship with Indigo. Do not expect hire ups to know who you are.
