Had some really cool tech, very passionate engineers.

Management seemed to be okay with being stagnant and taking things slowly. Did not offer very competitive salaries

+ Employees are knowledgeable and helpful by and large + Interpersonal culture is very relaxed, people are friendly + Compensation is fair + Secondary leadership is putting in a lot of work to keep things moving

- Company outlook appears shaky - Top leadership often treats individuals like children rather than adults. - Top leadership lacks transparency, consistency, and honesty. This causes substantial churn and frustration, and outside business relationships appear to be suffering due to the lack of substantive basis for elements of the business plan.
