Pros
Really lovely colleagues and customers. Flexible hours when working part-time. You can pick which days you'd prefer to work.
Cons
A very stressful job as part-timers have to do the same work as managers by themselves. Unsupervised in the store all weekend and evenings in the week. Can get strange people come in very late when you're by yourself which is unnerving. Managers aren't always professional and often blame everything on part-timers.
