Pros
*A lot of interesting things to learn in the shop and out on install
*Always visually stimulating work
*Hands on projects
* Some great people there; the best kind of goofballs
Cons
*The Management dumps all expectations on the Supervisor who is clearly burnt out
*The hours can be long and physically taxing
*There is frequently a tour of the work space as investors/corporate monkeys are clearly the main priority of this company- not the product, not the employees, nor the customer
* A distressing amount of waste accumulation
* No work life balance
