Pros
I worked with many good, hard working people during my two years with the company, all of whom helped and supported each other in an environment which could best be described as bleak. Supplies free coffee, tea bags, milk and sugar. Access to Company Health care scheme Subsidised Christmas party
Cons
There are no future routes for progression, no career prospects and no hope of financial stability in the future, There are no rewards, sadly. The majority of staff on the biggest campaign are on minimum wage with no hope of a salary increase or bonus to say thank you for all their hard work. The Company has an unrealistic rewards system. The staff are expected to hit high targets consecutively for 12 months straight without fail. If a call handler fails to hit one target over a 12 Month period, the Company will deny them a wage rise and several fails in any area can result in a disciplinary or employee improvement plan. Any concerns are viewed as being negative by senior Management. Staff are expected to wait two years before having access to sick pay. They don't seem to like their employees very much. Holidays are almost impossible to book.
