Indigo has an outstanding group of highly talented and fun-to-work-with software engineers who love solving difficult technical problems to provide an easy-to-use system that helps people's lives. Indigo's office is a comfortable work environment with minimal distractions. Management understands knowledge work and encourages a healthy work/life balance. Many of us eat lunch together in the break room, and the company has monthly events to keep employees connected. Our software processes are lightweight and updated by the engineers themselves in ways that satisfy the needs of the regulations.
Cons
The drive from northwest Indianapolis to Carmel can be stressful, but Indigo's flexible work schedule allows me to drive home early to avoid the traffic congestion and then work from home the rest of the day.
