Overall, pretty good employees that are great to work with. Nice big office with plenty of available parking spaces.

Below market (Low) salary causing high turnover among employees. Annacis Island is not a convenient location to commute to and from. Benefits are not as good as similar companies. Not a lot of new projects.

Good culture and team environment.

Too much sr. management. COO keeps selling his ideas without actual results. He needed to sell, to begin with when hired for sales. He kept showing sales pipeline without actual result and continues to do so. For such a small company, a president and vice president is not required with big pays. Leadership with actual work including actual sales is required.
