Pros
Apart from a couple of people working in the organization, I do not think there are many good people. They have a good low code platform but are unable to market it as they think of Indian Market as Highly evolved as the US or Japanese Market
Cons
They deduct 20% of the salary under a pretext that this is the norm in the IT Industry. I have never seen such a norm elsewhere. There are no employee benefits, Other than your job role you have to also take on other tasks even if they are not in your domain. If you say that you cannot do this, be ready to listen to abuse and swear words from the management.
