Indicate is a a great company to work for. I learned so much during my time and Indicate and enjoyed the people I worked with every day. Because of the size and structure of the company, I was able to be exposed to many different areas of work and become familiar with a variety of tasks that have definitely helped in my career growth. Management genuinely cares about employees' happiness, career growth, and skill development. The president is an honest, caring, hard-working, intelligent person and this is reflected down through the entire organization.
Cons
The precision measurement industry can be a little bit old-fashioned and isn't the most gender-diverse industry, however, Indicate rises above this culture and treats all of its employees fairly and respectfully and maintains a refreshing attitude.
