Your supervisors are the people who weren't smart enough to quit, policies will only be enforced when used against you/someone needs a scapegoat, and you will be treated like a criminal yourself. The place is like 150 something years old and needs to be condemned. Inmates have far too much freedom of movement for what should be a max security prison, and assaults against staff have been steadily rising over the last few years, and staff shortages are at an all time high and have not recovered in over 2 years. It's a sinking ship and veteran staff know it.
