      Good employer, the managers treat you like humans and not just a number. The pay is average for railroads in this area. Home every night!

      Systemwide senority, so if you are low in senority you could get forced to another terminal 100+ miles away.

      Great people Challenging work Different Tasks Positive feedback the pay was very competitive the office building was downtown Indy and great views

      Small company with focus just on rail transportation Do not acquire outside knowledge of any other industry that can be transferred to other jobs
