The therapists an the managers will treat you horribly. Office management is a joke. Real skill is not taken into consideration. It is your typical family run business set up with favorites. Work here you will not be trained, be given last minute tasks with little direction, be punished for the managements mistakes. No one will listen to you when you address this, you will be only be talked down to by management. Turn over is high, no communication from management, lack in simple processes. There are some very toxic people here and they hurt good employees. Envirnment like a zoo. It is totally demoralizing to not be rewarded for good work while coworkers mess things up, and are toxic to work with. You should work here if you wanna be miserable serving spoiled brats who are making way more then u do for half work.
