IFN is a growing company with lots of potential. I truly loved working here. For me, it was my work family! The office is filled with intelligent and hard working people. Pay is above average to excellent & the benefits are also above average to excellent. I would absolutely work here again.

IFN is growing and expanding and, as with any company, growth brings it's own set of issues & challenges. Overall though, I cannot think of any serious "cons".

IFN has recognized that changes need to be made. A new CEO has set direction and of the utmost importance is accountability for individuals and their performance as well as the overall performance of the organization. Key changes has been made in IFN that allow for new direction and engagement at all levels inside the organization. IFN has a bright future, but a lot of work ahead of us. As a former employee who has recently returned to IFN I can say that there have been significant improvements in the last 6 months. It is clear that a new direction has been set for IFN and the expectation of execution is refreshing to say the least.

Although there have been many positive changes made recently, more are needed. I see no resistance to the change necessary to move IFN forward.
