Medical coverage for dependants Travel allowance Holiday homes - nominal price accommodation - only refinery division & some townships Vehicle loans & house loan Good starting pay but 2 -3 down the line when one compares to what your graduate friends are earning in private sector you might as well get a medical insurance with 10X the salary of a public sector.
Cons
Work life balance in retail jobs could be challenge. You need to be highly organised to perform and deliver in roles. Not quite inclusive although policies are in place. expectation of availability 24*7 Location posting might get very unpredictable.
