Pros

Good for ppl who are happy with settling to minimal salary or are in financial trouble.

Cons

There are shift jobs, which might easily go over 8 hours, and some days to 16 hours. The job posting is in some village which is miles away from city. The demographics of the employees will be old age, and people who initially joined with diploma degree and became production engineer, while you might have the engineering degree, so the peers might be under qualified and may want you to do the same kind of jobs. Running in the refinery unit, and dealing with corporate politics is a daily kind of thing. I have personal experience working in barauni refinery and would not recommend to anyone, atleast not to those who are ambitious.
