I joined Indiahikes after working for over 5 years in different SME and corporate set ups. What stood out for me here is the importance and attention I received as an individual. I felt valued right from the day I joined Indiahikes. It has been almost 3 years with Indiahikes. I am enjoying every bit of my time here because I get to learn and grow every single day. As an individual who wants to grow in life, I cannot ask for anything more from a company where I work. I joined as a Finance Manager and after 2.5 years I got an opportunity to move to the Documentation team where I will be documenting and exploring treks around the world. I don't think anywhere else I would have been given this opportunity by drastically changing my field of work where I have zero experience! Everyone here, right from the founders to my colleagues are very encouraging and supportive. Everyone wishes for each other to grow and flourish. There is no ill intent or competitive nature between employees, like every other organisation that is out there in the world. The amount of growth I have seen in myself is tremendous and I wouldn't give this freedom up for anything else in life. Indiahikes isn't an organisation for you if you're only looking for a short stint and then want to jump to another company. Indiahikes isn't a place for you if you want a 9-5 job and forget about work once you go home. Indiahikes is the right place for you if you think you can make a difference with your work. Indiahikes is the best place for you if you want to be in the same journey as the organisation's. Indiahikes is the only place for you if you believe your work is your life, and your life is defined by your work.
