Pros

What i say about pros, if you are good with your manager then you are on the top. No pressure at work don't worry about working hours, just follow your reporting manager and he will take care about all things. Some people are really good and i learned a lot from them. CEO is very good as per my opinion because i never work with him.

Cons

*Now it 's my turn my great Reporting manager. Company has lot of money(Shocking Right?) they earned a lot from last past 18 years but every time you heard from your senior that company is in loos so we can not provide you Appraisal,my point is that if company is in loss then how seniors manage a world tour and why they are taking salaries in advance and why they get salaries in One shot why not in 2 parts as all employees are getting, why they are spending money in to infrastructure. why they are open new companies, why they are spending money on some special people. Come to our great HR Team. Hr team did you following a proper policies, go and learn once again. you just follow what seniors tell you. one day they will throw you in dustbin. only hire relatives of seniors because they have good knowledge. and they never ask for increment. Worst company, Worst HR, Worst Reporting managers, Worst Management.

Pros

Get good exposure as freshers. Get to learn a lot as freshers. Flexible work hours.

Cons

- Bad politics internally. - No respect for local people working there. Only outsiders gets attention especially foreign interns. A dog gets more attention and respect than the one who works there. - Hard to grow both professional and financially if you don't understand and be the part of this internal politics. - Internal communication issues and lack of technical project managers. - Handle's deadline and work load unprofessionally. Once project start sinking, top management starts the blame game and no one rally digs into the problem and try to tackle the situation. Normally developers becomes victim of this blame game. - Salary not get credited on time. - CEO of the company is a great man but sometimes it seems that he is totally unaware about the situation and; the complaints and information that are supposed to be pass on to him does not reach to him.
