      Pros

      1- Great Team 2- Rewarded for hard work 3- Aren't Micromanaged 4- Team outings 5- Age is just a number, if you want more money/more senior position put the effort in, it is recognised! 6- Apprentices treated as working adults not apprentices 7- Treated to events and award nights - all expenses paid 8- No cap on holidays as long as you are working hard and putting the effort in. 9- Lunches provided every day.

      Cons

      1- some late nights required for deadlines and to meet targets. 2- Pressure and result drive - but you are prewarned at interview, especially if you have chosen to do a degree along side your role.

      Pros

      It was local to where I lived

      Cons

      Literally everything, toxic management style, abuse of apprentice structure, overpromise and underdeliver model of employment and services. Extortion of clients by literally charging 5 figures for a 3 figure premium alongside extreme overrun fees. CEO has a god complex and has no qualms about verbally abusing his apprentices that want to grow and develop. The staff turnover here is ridiculous too, no retention of talent and no intention of wanting to develop talent in favour of cheap staff with the promise of apprenticeships, which again get pulled from under the rug.
