Pros

Laid back? Free lunch on Friday? Like those are the only 2 'Pros' to this place other than a minimal paycheck

Cons

Hours 10 am - 7 pm stink. No PTO/holidays/insurance/benefits/anything for 90 days. If a holiday is a weekend, too bad so sad, no pay. Leave 1 minute early = 1/2 point to attendance. Get to 11 points in a year, time for write-ups! Get to 1 1/2 points in 90 days, KThanxBye. Get a flat & punch in 16 minutes late? Congrats, 1/2 point!!! Pay is $18/HR for sales plus (they advertise 10% commission) that's on gross profit, actual commissions, somewhere between $5 - $120 a month for the 1st 12-18 months.

Pros

If you're caucasian, you're a friend of management, you're sleeping with higher-ups, you're a family of any of the managers or operations...you should be fine!

Cons

I worked at this company for a period of time, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. The workplace culture felt extremely disorganized and, at times, unprofessional. There appeared to be blurred boundaries between management and staff, including inappropriate personal relationships that created favoritism and conflicts of interest. There were wives in there cheating on their husbands with staff members or men they would bring to work. More concerning was what I perceived as unequal treatment among employees. In my experience, white employees were given more support, flexibility, and opportunities compared to employees of other ethnic backgrounds. I also personally witnessed racially insensitive language used by leadership, which created a hostile and uncomfortable work environment. There were additional issues involving unprofessional conduct inside and around the workplace, including behavior that did not reflect a safe or professional business environment. When I first joined, the company presented itself as organized and professional. However, over time, I observed patterns of favoritism, poor leadership, and a lack of accountability that significantly impacted morale and trust within the team.
