      Good Sales Experience Will give people a chance regardless of experience Growing industry a sales position were you can work from 8:30 - 5

      Cons

      VERY micro managed Bonus structure is confusing and tiny Industry is growing but there are changes going on in the health care industry, and most of them could negatively impact Independence Medical (IM).
