Pros
Plenty of room to exceed if you're willing to put in the work and be even a bit outgoing (and get along with your closer management). -great direct supervisor/managers, from personal experience -amazing work/life balance allowed. You'll often be rewarded for putting in the extra time, but rarely punished for not sticking to the regular hours (next line) -37.5 hour work week!
Cons
-many employees coasting and not growing, which can be alright. It can make the place feel stale sometimes. This does provide an opportunity to shine for those who go above and beyond. -many who do shine and/or go above and beyond leave for consulting, promotions, etc -politics, but probably common to most med-large companies -sometimes feels like moral is low across employees - i don't feel the same, I won't deny having a positive bias though
