Not the best experience - Software Engineer Independence Blue Cross Employee Review

The management of teams was ineffective, leading to a challenging work environment. There was a lack of proper training, and work allocation was poorly structured. Experiences varied depending on the manager, but mine was particularly difficult. I found my time on the team stressful, with little to no support from onshore colleagues. As a Junior hire, I was promised training, but unfortunately, I was often overlooked. Surprisingly, I received more guidance and insights from offshore developers than from the onshore team.
