Good benefits and fair salaries. Company has been around for decades so while they may not pay top tier, you’ll be working for a secure company
Cons
No longer fully remote. Extreme politics and nepotism in marketing. If you’re not a favorite, despite how hard you work and your performance, you won’t move ahead or be given high profile projects for visability. For this reason, I don’t recommend working there.
