Pros

The only pros I see is the insurance and working from home, that is the only thing that is keeping me there right now. We have great benefits

Cons

Where do I even start, they say they care and they don’t, pay sucks I have over 20 years of customer service and barely make $20 an hour. Management is a joke they don’t listen at all, work environment is toxic, this job will effect your mental health.
