The amount of PTO is much higher than most companies.
Cons
Low pay, poor upper management, poor technology. Leadership has ordered a return to office three days a week and only given 2 months notice which is especially difficult for those who need to find child or elder care. Avoid working at this company as they only care about making money despite being a ‘non-profit’. The company has gone downhill since the hiring of Greg Deavens who has made this a miserable place to work.
