Pros
Flexibility of working from home (as of now), lots of PTO, nature of work is interesting and captivating, lots of opportunity for advancement
Cons
Deceptive and completely out of touch executive leadership and CEO. In 2022 we were told that their "hybrid of choice" model was here to stay and thus we would be able to work from home as much as we want - this year they just announced we'd be forced back into the office at some capacity.
