Pros
Generally, you can get by with doing a limited amount of low quality work. On-site gym and cafeteria is nice...and programs to socialize with coworkers is abundant. Recent new hires seem to be sharp and want change.
Cons
Very poor management. Decision making (even with obvious, flashing neon arrows) is done so cautiously that effectiveness is lost. High focus on chain of command and downright disdain for change agents and improvement attempts.
