It’s a good place as far as benefits and to start out

In the customer service area, it’s absolutely horrible. There’s no work life balance. You’re required to do mandatory overtime almost everyday. It’s tiring and draining and it’s no real incentive to come to work besides a pay check. There’s no fun company culture or anything. They really just want to see you on the phone and that’s absolutely it. They don’t have any good practices for you to get out of customer service. Once you’re in, you’re stuck for a long time.
