Pros

Great people, many talented individuals work here with a vast wealth of knowledge. Phone plan and benefits are pretty good. Monthly events with a great dedicated team. Great work from home policies.

Cons

Awful compensation, not so great raises, poor bonuses. Employees feel undervalued by the company when it comes to showing accomplishments. Some employees appear to have very poor morale and longer than usual hours, possibly due to the reasons above.

Thank you for your honest feedback. We agree that we have a great team made up of talented individuals, and are happy to hear you enjoy the monthly events! As a customer-centric business with a strong service delivery reputation, working overtime hours to meet our ambitious SLAs may be required from time-to-time. However, we do strive to ensure all employees achieve work-life balance through our work from home and flex-time programs. Additionally, we are currently identifying a rewards and recognition program so that all employees feel valued for their contributions. That being said, please do not hesitate to our HR team with additional feedback or ideas on how we can continue to make Indellient a great place to work for each and every employee.

Pros

- Lots of challenging work is provided - Healthy, inclusive, and very active workspace. Lots of social events as well! - Great number of vacation days provided and during non-crunch times the hours can be a bit flexible - Amazing management and staff. Very transparent with basically everything. - As a full stack dev you get exposure to a LOT of new technologies - Very FOSS friendly and it's not an issue to introduce new cutting edge technology into a project if a business case can be made for it

Cons

- There are times where your personal schedule needs to be shifted because management wants to satisfy a client - which comes at the cost of my time and personal duties. Although some of the time can be taken back later after the project is complete. - The pay can be less than what others get for a similar position in Southern Ontario - although it's understandable given the company is not located in the Waterloo or Toronto hubs

Pros

- Benefits start from Day 1 - Flex hours - Pet-friendly office - Work from home 2 days / week - Very approachable and honest management team that cares about people's career and growth - Management is always looking to improve and listen to feedback from employees - Lots of company social events - People love to hang out outside of work as well and get together for non work related events - The work is always interesting and changing as it is project based work - Using cutting edge technology to solve problems (since we are service-based business, we have to make sure we keep up with the market, or else we won't get new business and won't be sustainable in the long run)

Cons

- If you are allergic to pets, this office might not be for you - If you don't like taking nice long walks to timmies mid-day with your colleagues, this office might not be for you
