      Pros

      None they took everything away, bonus, pay increase, made us work during covid

      Cons

      The owners are very selfish, the gave us a lousy pay increase and then took it back, they took away all bonus, they keep firing employees, we have had a large turn over and they don't care. I had to pick a star otherwise I would have not pick one. Very Poor Company to Work for

      Pros

      Pretty good pay and bonuses. Typically you get a yearly raise, christmas bonus and thanksgiving bonus. Pretty laid back environment but can be kinda crazy when the plant is running.

      Cons

      Long hours, swing shift, not much room to move up in the company, can be physically demanding
